- Led a full-cycle MDM implementation for 250+ Android devices across 15 locations, configuring ManageEngine and automating device provisioning with StageNow, cutting setup time by over 45 minutes per unit, and delivered comprehensive on-site user training
- Led new-hire onboarding and training, delivering a standardized curriculum to new hires; created SOPs and checklists, administered skills assessments, and provided 1:1 coaching for role readiness
